It has been four years since the first issue of The Green Pages Forest Industry Guide from Atlantic Forestry Review was published. In that time the guide has become an invaluable tool and companion to the phone company yellow pages found on office desks from Edmundston to St. John's.

Phone directories are a pretty good source of information close to home, but with consolidation and so-called rationalization in our industry ­ as in all others ­ "close to home" does not cut it when it comes to finding forest industry help, markets, services, and goods. More than ever we need contacts in the next town, county, and province.

In publishing your Green Pages Forest Industry Guide we strive to provide complete, up-to-date, accurate information. Despite these efforts it is inevitable that mistakes and omissions will occur. We encourage reader input and constructive criticism in the interest of further improvement.
